After five years of formal electrical training and working for one of the region's larger contracting firms, I started SmartEST because I believed homeowners deserved better — a real conversation about their electrical system, transparent pricing, and an expert who actually cares about the outcome.

I hold Washington State Electrical License #SMARTES745JZ and am registered with L&I as a licensed contractor. SmartEST operates as a fully bonded, insured, and registered LLC in Washington State.

Before getting into the trades, I spent years working directly with homeowners and families — which means I know how to listen first, explain things without jargon, and make sure you feel confident about every decision before we move forward. No pressure, no overselling, no surprises on the invoice. Just straight answers and honest work.
